She is passionate about providing holistic assessment and intervention for children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental, and adjustment difficulties, including anxiety, mood concerns, ADHD, autism spectrum presentations, learning and academic difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
Olivia’s therapeutic practice is tailored to the unique needs of each child and family and is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and parent-based interventions. Her work is guided by a neuro-affirming, strengths-based framework, with a focus on building resilience, supporting emotional wellbeing, and promoting positive, meaningful change for children and their families.
