Michael has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including schools, community clinics and rehabilitation centres. Michael has a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and their families with various presentations (e.g., anxiety, mood disorders, autism, attention problems, emotion dysregulation, social skills, attachment issues, stress, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and academic difficulties). Michael is non-judgmental and empathetic in his approach, and uniquely develops each treatment plan to the needs of his clients. Michael provides individual and group therapy from evidence- based frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Michael enjoys working collaboratively with younger clients and their support network in order to facilitate positive change.
